This is really hard for me to share on the internet, but I know I can trust you guys. So, here goes.... Yesterday, I woke up, peed, and stood, naked, on the scale. It read back, "129.2" pounds. It was the heaviest I've ever been in, like, I don't know, several hours or whatever. I then went on a dope-ass mountain bike ride, then headed out a second time on a road bike because the weather was sweet as fuck. Got in 50 miles total for the day, all fun as shit. Then, this morning, the moment of truth: bladder empty, dick swangin' in the breeze, I got back on the scale. "128.8" pounds. I literally cried. Finally, after 6hrs of sleep and a super fun day the day before, I was down 0.4lbs, right where'd I'd been the previous weekend. I hope to keep it off, but at 5'6, I'm in better shape than damn near every fellow American, so I think I be aight. Thank you for letting me share. The end.
