Speak for yourself. My weight is perfect. If your gym closed or something calculate your sedentary TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) using an online calculator and eat that much or less if you gained weight. COVID is no excuse to be fat.
Well good for you. You must be in one of those free states where people aren't idiots and don't wear masks outside by themselves. Where I'm at, I have literally seen people getting tickets for being by themselves outside exercising without a mask on.
What does that have to do with not eating too much? If you’re moving less than normal you need to eat less. But you don’t need to run outside to exercise anyway. It’s great for you of course but not necessary just to maintain weight if you eat right. I don’t even run anymore after having foot surgery yet didn’t blow up. I have issues lifting heavy weights and body weight exercises from both foot surgery and c section. I could’ve used those as excuses to gain weight since I burn significantly less than what I did when I was running an hour or more daily plus lifting weights but instead I adjusted my food intake and found easy exercises (which can be done at home for free) on YouTube. But again you don’t need to exercise to avoid weight gain, just eat less than what you were when exercising. Using an online TDEE calculator will tell you pretty much exactly what to eat to not gain weight even without exercising , that’s always worked for me.
