Ok so metabolism is a thing. If someone has a slow metabolism, then it’s up to them to EAT LESS!

My metabolism slowed and I got to 240 at 6’5”. So you know what? Now I eat vegetables fruit and plainly cooked fish and meats, and I cut out sugar flour and garbage.

Amazing, I lost 20 lbs and can do even more pull ups. No excuse for fat fucks, no sympathy.
