Growing up, I noticed a big difference between my fat friends' family homes and my normal weight friends' family homes.
The fat families always have like 3-5 refrigerators all over the house plus a couple freezers, always worked out to be like 1 refrigerator per person.
Normal families have one refrigerator and maybe one freezer in the garage or basement.
This is why I never bought the whole "muh genetics" lie. Fat people simply consume way more calories than they spend in energy. Plain and simple.

My household has 7, there are 9 people here, and yet they blame genetics for their physiological issues.
