2 days back I bought some of that "collagen and peptide" stuff. Haven't tried it yet. Today, I regressed and ate a full large box of Hostess cupcakes. Dark Chocolate - Raspberry filling. Currently having insulin rushes and having regrets. Still not fat.
I know it's hard and it will take time to adjust but when you feel the urge to binge eat exercise instead. Do situps for 10 minutes (slowly), go for a walk, lift weights, run in place. Just do some simple exercise instead of eating. After not too long it will become a habit that you enjoy. Get a exercise bike and use it while you watch TV or have it ready to jump on when you get that urge to eat. Get a set of weights I just start doing curls and overhead presses only, a really simple routine. Develop consistency, keep it simple. It's a lot easier than you think and you will grow to love it. There's nothing holding you back buddy
The other guy said some good things, but you have to realize your what your chain of thoughts are, instead of instinctually following them down without a second thought. Take a second to reflect on your thought process of caving in. What transpired before and after? How did you feel before and after? Do you have a strong purpose to break the cycle? A good meditation is worth more than just fighting urges and caving later.

I've seen those folks: horrific. My wife still thinks I look good, and I'm still athletic but with the gyms closed and winter time, she's grabbing the underside of my arm and shaking it and laughing at my "loss of muscles tone". Every once in a while she'll comment look over as I get out of the shower and note that I'm doing good keeping it together, but I'll admit I'm heavier now. At least my belts are bigger:-) When I say "I'd like to lose some weight", no one I've said it to has agreed. They usually just look over and say: "What?"
I get it but gyms kinda suck. They charge you when you can exersize for free. Walk the dog. Run around the block. Push ups,sit ups etc can be done at home. I bought a still in box rowing machine off facebook marketplace for $50. Don't make excuses like a fat fuck. Fix it.
