Ah I was just having some fun. I recognized your username from your post about the carpet cleaner.
You're preaching to the choir, man. I'm in shape and hate fatties. Unfortunately shaming them isn't going to do squat. Finding the strength to motivate yourself to nmake a change is a huge order. If fatties want to fat then there's not much you or I are going to do to change that.
And the western diet and dietary recommendations just makes it worse. Widespread HFCS, the flooding of the food supply with carbohydrate rich calories in place of fats, and now the use of seed and nut oils for frying are pretty much a death sentence. Low carb is an solution however. And exercise is just good sense regardless. Razor thin guys in their 40s drop dead from coronary issues too. You don't have to be a bacon huffer.
If a person is will to exercise daily they can eat whatever they want within reason.
