I know it's hard and it will take time to adjust but when you feel the urge to binge eat exercise instead. Do situps for 10 minutes (slowly), go for a walk, lift weights, run in place. Just do some simple exercise instead of eating. After not too long it will become a habit that you enjoy. Get a exercise bike and use it while you watch TV or have it ready to jump on when you get that urge to eat. Get a set of weights I just start doing curls and overhead presses only, a really simple routine. Develop consistency, keep it simple. It's a lot easier than you think and you will grow to love it.
