Saturated you want SOME of, but as long as you're not going vegan or anything, yes. A good rule of thumb is reduce saturated.
Monounsaturated is probably the best one for you, which is mostly olive oil.
Yes the Lurpak with Olive oil is Butter, Rapeseed and Olive Oil, going to get that one next. It has less saturated fat than the normal one with just Rapeseed oil.
Also I was concerned if it wasn't listing trans fat, but its made in Denmark and trans fat is banned there.
I mean I like the name rapeseed because it has rape in it, so yeah get that one.

Both regular lurpak and anchor are my usual ones and they are dairy butter plus rapeseed :)
Lurpak have now made one with olive oil as well.
