For reference, the last stage of obesity that is clinically classified is stage VI obesity, which is also known as hyperobesity, and is a BMI of 60 or greater. The fact this hamgalaxy is 35 points beyond the start of hyperobesity, and at only age 24, is just too horrifying all around.
