Yes, but broccoli and lettuce are good carbs, I was trying to differentiate between starchy and good carbs. Starch is sugar. That baked potato marketed as healthy will spike your insulin. But eating a salad of low starch veggies is very healthy. Animal fat, olive oil, animal protein and low starch veg are good foods for us to be eating.

Glucose is Glucose and Carbohydrates are glucose... Do not confuse nutrients with sugar/glucose content. Yes broccoli and lettuce are low carbohydrates - meaning low sugar...

potatoes are a lectin food, they will attack your blood stream, they actually are harmful to the body... But not as deadly as the BEAN/nightshade family of foods. NO ONE should ever eat beans ever again.
