Staying in shape is 100% mental. Every mentally healthy person will do whatever they can to keep their body in good physical shape too.

They are disabled but by their own choice. They can just as easily choose not to be disabled. I wish I had the opportunity to not be disabled just by laying off the sugar. These cows have never had to take responsibility for their own choices, key word choices.
