So much sugar,so many preservatives,chemicals....fuuuccck meeee..... Sorry for being "triggered" but at times this shit just gets to me.
An apple a day keeps the doctor away if you do something else beside that, you know....not just like eat an apple and that is it,sit your fat ass in a chair. Coffee,of course she ordered it without sugar right? Bullshit,that has a crapton of sugar and preservatives in it. Boil some water on the stove,2-3 teaspoons of ground coffee,no added sugar no preservatives no nothing. Bagel? Really? A bagel, that surely is full of nutrients and will help you lose fat. Subway food, oh great,another "natural" eater, oh and you douse the subway food full of chemicals with tea, and it's not simply boil some water and add tea to it without sugar...nooo. You had to go the extra mile and get the extra fattening tea, that has the taste of tea,but nothing else that is supposed to be tea. Applesauce? Of course you bought some apples and did the sauce yourself no? Of course you didn't, you bought the shit at the store,it's full of sugar .
How about this. My simple recipe,beside a bit of fitness. 115KG down to 82KG in about 6 months.
