And this is just calories. We don't even know the sodium content. That soup alone was probably several days' worth.
That's close to my husband's TDEE. It's pretty gross that she ate as much as a 6'6" man.
I would put a turkey sub at around 400-600 calories even if it is a half footlong because the cheese, sauces and any additional toppings can add up.
