I came across this story by the Gateway Pundit. (thegatewaypundit.com)

I like many of you am sick of hearing about White privilege and systemic racism. However I feel this story is putting words in the Salvation Army's mouth. When looking for a source for this. The best I could find was a PDF training manual that @direwolf posted. Here is the link. (s3.amazonaws.com)

I find it very shady the way Gateway Pundit allowed that article to be formatted.

It’s part of a push by the Christian charitable organization to embrace the ideas of Black Lives Matter, an activist group working to, among other things, “dismantle white privilege” and “disrupt the Western-prescribed nuclear family structure.”

The use of quotations here makes it appear that the Salivation Army said "dismantle white privilege” and “disrupt the Western-prescribed nuclear family structure.”, when in fact, those are the reporter's words.

This is the closest I could find on white privilege.

The subtle nature of racism is such that people who are not consciously racist easily function with the privileges, empowerment and benefits of the dominant ethnicity, thus unintentionally perpetuating injustice.

The word 'family' does not appear in the document one time.

While there are things to take issue with inside that document. That is not what this story does. It extrapolates to fit the reporter's objective. This is the same shit we take the MSM to task for.

Is there a reason Gateway Pundit wants us to shun the Salivation Army, destroy private charity so only government assistance remains? Is there a real reason to stop donating to them within that document? I'm not sure right now, but I find this article to be written in a way that is more propaganda than fact. You notice Jim Hoft doesn't even give a source for his comments.

If you look at the comments to this article on Gateway Pundit page and also on poal / TheDonald (patriots.win) you'll see the article is having the desired effect.

Both sides lie. Some times they lie just a little, sometimes they spin tales out of whole cloth... sometimes there is a nugget of truth, but the lies are always there. We have nothing left but highly politicized and polarized Yellow Journalism.

But there are a few truths that are self evident. - A war is coming and we need to pick a side. - Both sides are compromised so what ever side you pick you will have to 'fix it from the inside' - Both sides are pumping out propaganda... but one side at least pretends to care about freedom and liberty. The other only cares about conformity and obedience.

So yeah, it looks like the GWP stepped over the line on this one. A+ for actually thinking for yourself. But this is war and no army recruiter ever tells you the real truth. The GWP article exaggerates and is hyperbolic and the use of quotes is clearly intentionally misleading, but the core message was not a lie. The SA might not have said those exact quotes but they clearly published a public memo supporting CRT and all of the lies that follow.
