You can buy plenty of Thorium-232 filled snacks on Amazon. They are often sold as healing or rejuvenating products.

Edit: Emits alpha, but is largely stable with the longest half life of all radioactive materials. So yeah it's hot but only just.

T-232 is not directly fissile, but it can be bred into fission reaction. However, T-232 is an alpha source emitter and therefore still a dangerous material to have in your body. Alpha sources as radionuclides in your body will kill you dead so I do not consider T-232 as a safe alternative to enriched uranium fuel.
