by 2040 is all you need to hear, they are looking for investors an in 2039 it will be almost there by 2060 we'll be able to generate 50 megawatts. Same shit different decade. If they had one already they'd be saying 2028 or something time for production start, it's all promises in the dark like they pulled them out of their ass. Remember popular science by 1980 your own car plane to fly to work, same bullshit.
