From the pics it looks like the containment structure proper is solid and probably salvageable. The steam generator equipment next to it? Maybe not. The rusting exposed rebar on the partially complete outer structure looks a bit beyond spec, so that structural work is probably toast. Those reactor assemblies in storage though...
Who in their right mind would want to risk using anything that had been sitting unused for 8 years in a nuke plant? Maybe it's not a deal - will be interesting to see if they actually receive viable proposals using the salvage.
