The main problem is still there. The coils have to be outside with air drawn across them using a fan. The coils have to be cooler than the outside air so that the air warms the coils. If the air contains humidity the cooler coils will condense moisture from the air. The moisture freezes, blocking air flow. There are clever ways to defrost the outside coils as needed but they involve using electricity to heat the coils.
