It doesn't matter as long as we have vote-by-mail and electronic voting machines. Any one of no-ID, electronic voting, and vote-by-mail will be used to cheat. All three must be addressed. Even then, they can still psyop people into another Obama or Javier Milea character.

Needs to be a constitutional amendment, technically. And it should not necessitate a national ID card.

Non-Citizens should not have ID or the ID (as Wyoming is thinking about doing) should specifically and boldly state "NON CITIZEN" on the id.

There are still permanent residents that "need" ID. This would also make sure they cannot vote unless they become a citizen legally.
