So it was either attacked or it was intentionally shutdown. Both are suspect. It could be under attack so that the records could be changed. It could be shutdown so there is no way to check voter registrations. If it is not back up by Tuesday, watch for them to allow everyone to vote and then promise to verify later. Queue the fraud.
