If republicans were doing this the dems would say it was illegal. Technically on the site they are giving money to go talk to people who vote inconsistently Dem, and also to help fund Dem candidates and get people out to vote, rather than directly give people money in exchange for a promise to vote a certain way. But if Reps did this it would be called mafia style intimidation and coercion etc... The same way they say that people who watch drop boxes are republican's intimidators.
