A: stop giving out D's and F's. In fact, don't use pass/fail grades either. You probably don't want to record attendance numbers either.

My high shool actually did this at one point to "help". They had to stop because as it turns out, everyone including people NOT working on anything were passing their classes. Commies belong under a rope, they don't belong in a society
