It's very sad, but the German people were the testing ground for total brainwashing and manipulation. They were being taught to hate themselves and told they were responsible for all the evils in the world since the Treaty of Versailles. This is 4 or 5 generations of self loathing.

There are A LOT of Turks and liberals in Germany. I dated a German girl for years during my college years. A good amount of Germans are ashamed to be German. It's really sad to see such self loathing.
