This is the same way communism works: they say "save the earth", "utopia", "green" and so on. There are never any hard attributes or characteristics you can define because all this crap depends on emotion and everyone has a different idea of what this means. I annoy my customers when they ask me to build a complex system because I get a terse description of what they want. I then start asking specific questions about how they want me to implement it. They say, don't you just know? LOL.
