All of her criteria are up to interpretation, they have no specifics. What the fuck does "down to earth" mean? She's the only one who can answer that. Sexy? All of this shit is in her mind. Everyone is going to think they have all these traits.
This is the same way communism works: they say "save the earth", "utopia", "green" and so on. There are never any hard attributes or characteristics you can define because all this crap depends on emotion and everyone has a different idea of what this means.
I annoy my customers when they ask me to build a complex system because I get a terse description of what they want. I then start asking specific questions about how they want me to implement it. They say, don't you just know? LOL.
