The principle should actually be that you have the right to say whatever you want based on the rules of the owner of the property you're on.

If you're on your own property, you can say whatever you allow yourself (which, I would assume, is anything at all).

If you're on someone else's property, and they don't want you to say "nigger" for some reason, then they can kick you off for saying it.

The government has no right to exist, so it certainly therefore has no right to restrict our speech. Only legitimate property owners can do that and the government is not a legitimate property owner anywhere.
