Though the breach took place more than a year ago, cybersecurity experts only learned of its full impact in early 2026. This means the stolen data contains names, addresses, Social Security numbers, birthdates, medical data, and insurance data. Some of this information belongs to families and patients with chronic conditions who never even dealt with Conduent directly.
