I can't prove it, but I am convinced someone at Salesforce sprinkled some payola to the people in companies in charge of choosing Salesforce.
It happens all of the time. Every major vendor. It starts as a nice dinner or some tickets to a game. What you don't see on paper is what happens at the "box".
Side deals are made, accounts no one knows about...etc.
Sometimes people are caught. Not nearly often enough.
I just wish I had enough evidence to take to a legit prosecutor who could blow that whole piece of shit company wide open.
It would not be so hard to do but it would cost a lot of $$$ to do it. That is the real problem.
The corruption is almost always obvious but to get enough evidence and to go after them takes a lot more money than most people can dedicate. It sucks. Its a crime that makes it harder to go after them or the companies doing it because they have so much money to fight you with.
