Its a trademark coverage (uspto.report) thing. There are multiple trademarks on "starlink" the word, by multiple companies.
Subi (uspto.report) had it earlier than SpaceEX (uspto.report), but it covers a different use than the SpaceEx version.
No idea why they are allowed to be exactly the same image in those 2 TM requests. I would have expected distinct logo or other characteristic between them.
