From the post:

>Hackers claim to have compromised Gravy Analytics, the parent company of Venntel which has sold masses of smartphone location data to the U.S. government. The hackers said they have stolen a massive amount of data, including customer lists, information on the broader industry, and even location data harvested from smartphones which show peoples’ precise movements, and they are threatening to publish the data publicly.

Damn! Once again. So glad that i do not carry one of those fucking tracking devices around with me.

Not that I would be a target for anything out of this... Its the principle. If someone wants to know where I go and when. They are free to ask me, and if I decide i want them to know, I'll tell them. Otherwise, they can fuck right off. It isn't their business.

I hear so many justifications every day from people why they have to carry that shit around. All of these people justifying that behavior, grew up in a time before those devices existed, and their lives were perfectly fine.
