Not at all disingenuous. My solution, from the beginning, was to halt the collection of income taxes, but my point was that we give a few billion in foreign aid, versus a one time payment of $400 billion to pay a months rent for people who should have never been put out of work to begin with. The federal governnent can't afford to pay the bills of 200 million Americans and shouldn't be expected to. People bitch about pennies while demanding dollars.
