WTF is going on? I saw BTC dip to 48 - everything is getting wrecked - Polygon dropped 40 cents - Litecoin dropped $65 - it's brutal right now yet I have a shred of hope that it'll at least Cat Bounce before it either really drops or rockets. I'm praying for the later - and so are billions of other crypto investors.

EDIT: Look at the prices: https://coinmarketcap.com/ Chainlink at 17! Cardano at a buck 25!

Oy Vey! It's a H A N U K K A H crypto sale!

I still can't get behind a thing that's only value is the hope that a bigger sucker than you pays more.

I hope you don’t own stonks.

It's the value of the dollar the spins the wheel and keeps the game going.

"crypto" is simply the same value system that's heavily dependent upon the federal dollar....that's their "joke".

Not to mention the number of times the stock market was propped up and "bailed out" by the federal government (under the command of the central banks).

Any real system that could challenge the "dollar" (which in turn empowers the Euro and the Yuan) would need to have the value shifted to the IDEA the dollar is always founded upon. Which is work. Until any of these "cryptocurrencies" are backed by something other than words.....they'll simply be another cog in the wheel and another place where the weak go in hopes of becoming "rich".

...last thing. Learn trades. Teach your children trades. Never under any fucking circumstances teach anyone other than your blood. Not friends, not "besties"...no one (Knowledge is all there is), and make sure your kids understand these rules before you die.

That's it.

bingo. and crypto regularly lose a third of their value overnight. so much worse than stocks.

[–] 0 pt (edited )

Oh yeah, so much worse than trading in a wallstreet casino regulated by the SEC...

The stock market sucks. Plus ignorant toyim buy index funds and mutual funds instead of directly buying stocks which gives the Rothschilds control of your shareholder vote.

casino a vs casino b. crypto is speculative, not an investment grade product like everyone is trying to make it these days. stocks or crypto, i dont care where people go to gamble their money. if unintelligent people they lose their money, someone did them a favor.

It's still a petrodollar currency. If it doesn't trend with oil and energy costs, you have proof of market manipulation.

good fuck crypto. I want a gpu for less than remortgaging my house.

[–] 1 pt

That's not crypto it's the banking families using their ownership of everything to pretend like we have supply shortages when they are just shutting everything down on purpose to manufacture a crisis so they can implement their great reset / bolshevik takeover.

[–] 0 pt

If you need a gpu to mine, then demand is higher, so yes fuck crypto.

[–] 0 pt

The reason the price is high is because the semiconductor plants aren't running because of fake materials shortages, not because of demand exceeding their capacity.

Money is the root of everything evil in this matrix.

The more I live, the more soul I desire. Money never makes you truly happy.

[–] 2 pts

Money is the root of all evil is just a dogwhistle about usury and jews. It's like that phrase about look who you're not allowed to criticize to see who rules.

It's just a hint that a certain people are evil and what enables them.

Edit: I agree that it doesn't buy happiness though.

LOVE of money is the root of all evil.

IGNORANCE of money is the root of all modern slavery.

Next bump will be in two months from what I can see. Will peak at $78-79k, and then settle down again to $73k.

This is from the six month macrotrend, and yearlies.

Frequency is higher if you look at say October 15th to dec 1st, but with lower variations in peaks and troughs, a horizontal movement, indicating a lot of day trading activity, and noise, as the market decides a direction.

This is as opposed to mid February to early may, which was lower frequency in peaks and troughs more spread out, but with larger relative swings in pricing.

Everythings focused on short term, be it bearish or bullish. Which is why I suspect we see the higher frequency, more horizontal movement in pricing (little movement) in the October to December window. This is the market spinning its wheels and being ambivalent, fighting for gains, before deciding a direction.

The recent plunge looks to be in response to the fed tightening talk, and/or announcements of omicron, but the overall movement to date is positive.

The state pursuing a "covid" surge and more stay at home orders could actually swing either way. More time at home, combine with more stimulus, would mean btc climbing, and actually thats what I think we'll see. People participating, investors even, will see the situation as an opportunity, and relying on optimism or a strong need for things to go back to normal, will push them to delusional hope, which will ironically move the market.

If you look at the one month and the six month, the gains and losses are almost the same.

The late January trough, after the first peak and plateau in mid February to early may? After that it hit a valley, but critically, the new average was always at or slightly above the January trough. Likewise for the trough immediately after the august 1st to September 15th window. Above the average.

If anything it looks like this next trough will be lower than the last, but the frequency intensity will increase, leading to a larger upswing after the trough, one that keeps the trend line at a rough 45 degree angle starting at august 1st.

All of this is just a guess though, and NOT financial advice.

Now if you'd talked to me before and after the chinese ban I would have gloated. Some napkin math, based on guesstimates of their ownership rate, allowed me to calculate the price movement to within a couple hundred dollars. Still have those sheets of paper somewhere.

But maybe I just got lucky.

That or its going for a low somewhere in the $35-39k range, sub 40 anyway.

The fake exchanges are draining all the value out of crypto with options trading. Then they don’t payout when you win.

Party is over. Crash is here. Gold and silver rockets first from here.

[–] 0 pt

Both are rigged

[–] 1 pt (edited )

Yep, big time. No one is going to get rich with silver, gold, or the big cryptos at this point. I'm not sure they'll even be good hedges against inflation.

The banking families bought so much precious metals and crypto, way beyond what the price would be naturally. Their huge long position is what keeps the price so high. They control the supply of both and use trading programs and the london price fix to screw retail investors out of their money leveraging their huge bags.

The key to precious metal and cryptos isn't buying it to put in your wall safe. It's to use it as money. That's the power of precious metals and crypto. But they infiltrated Bitcoin and destroyed it from within making the fees too high to use as regular money. Retard gold bugs are waiting for the world to end to use it as currency when they should have started 100 years ago.

[–] 0 pt

And don't forget that thousands of tons of precious metals only exist on paper.

And with crypto all those thousands of startup coins likely had the purpose of diluting crypto value.

They bypassed the rarity of bitcoin by making thousands of competitors then spending money promoting them all.

Once the promotion ends the value ends and ppl are left holding worthless Fiat crypto.

The enemy allows for no safe havens from inflation

Stock collapse is underway with the end goal is hundreds of unprofitable companies going under taking middle class wealth with them. Profitable companies nationalized.

Housing collapse will follow with mass defaults at 15% + interest rates. All those homes snapped up by blackrock and vanguard

Just chill and buy the dip. Nothing new.

[–] 0 pt

Market double topped. Everyone was waiting to sell the final blow off top to $100k+. They are now bagholders. Price will be sub $20k by the end of 2022. Sell and wait it out.

[–] 0 pt

That's some good dip.

I'm a long term believer in bitcoin. I suspect the dip is because people need to spend usd on other debts. Perhaps rent payments or other things that are coming due and must be paid in Dollars.

But over the long term, with countries and Miami getting on board with it in a governmental way, and banks still being worse at just doing their job of processing transactions, bitcoins practical value proposition is or will become much more obvious.

All the crypto has been going down for like a month. Some predict Bitcoin going to $100k+ in the next year.

[–] 0 pt

The Whales are busy destroying not the value of crypto. As this dip is temporary. But it's credibility.

The goal is to scare off ppl. Frighten them to sell low. Take the hit and never come back.

I bought some a while back. My intention was always to keep it safe as possible insurance. So why sell now when I can earn cash still?
