I need to stop checking my wallets because I'm losing gains every time I look at them. How can every coin dip at the same time? LTC - my favorite stable altcoin is worrying me right now. I'm also weary about buying the dip because of how bad it's been dipping and crabbing the past 6 weeks.

PoW coins are taking down the PoS coins. I wouldn't worry too much. Private money like LTC, BTC, ETH and whatever are here to stay until the digital dollar comes out with a hard and physical backing.
