I need to stop checking my wallets because I'm losing gains every time I look at them. How can every coin dip at the same time? LTC - my favorite stable altcoin is worrying me right now. I'm also weary about buying the dip because of how bad it's been dipping and crabbing the past 6 weeks.

I had to uninstall the app from my phone in order to stop checking it daily. Now I just sit and wait.
