Full stop means periods. Younger people tend not to use periods when they text.The lack of periods suggests a casual tone, while the use of them is viewed as more serious.

I know what it means. In the telegraph days they'd also say stop at the end of each sentence which was short for that. In this case it's passively aggressively used along the lines of "end of discussion". I'm just saying, being intimidated by words is amusing.

It's the tonal difference that the period signifies, not the period itself that's intimidating.
