The final solution to the apple question is needed
Apple historically tried to take action against other manufacturers (i.e. Samsung) for alleged copying.
Even if Samsung made some user interface elements similar to Apple's, they don't surpass the treshold of originality (e.g. swipe to unlock).
Also, Samsung allowed swiping in any direction!
And obviously, Apple always had the least functional and most proprietary devices. Especially the iPhone 5s compared to the much superior Galaxy Note 3 that had more battery capacity, sensors, video resolution and framerate, MicroSD, MHL, USB 3.0, replaceable battery, wireless charging cover, more accessories and much more functionality, including stylus features, multitasking features, gesture controls, Air View.
Apple has also pushed the design trend of non-user-replaceable batteries and notched screens. A terrible idea.
