That's awesome! My kitchen is out of order currently, once fixed I will be making some soon too

One thing I would recommend is dipping oil, I really like the parmesan infused types https://sutterbuttesoliveoil.com/product/parmesan-dipping-sauce-and-salad-dressing/, it would go great with the bread

My wife does this little plate with oil and some balsamic vinegar. It's pretty tasty. That infused stuff looks interesting! Thanks.

Oh totally, the basic olive oil with some good vinegar is a great way to go. We got a different brand of similar oil recently and its really good, which is why I recommended it.
