I just cut this loaf. It is the culmination of 6 or 8 months of work, practice, successes, failures. I knew I was getting very close for a few weeks now.

I'm very happy with this loaf, I'm not even sure if it could be any better. The flavor is excellent, the spring is perfect, the crumb is beautiful.

I wish I could give you all a slice of the heaven I have created!!

Your brother and I would get along just fine I imagine!

More bread is less bread. A store bought loaf lasts us over a week. When I make a loaf it lasts about 2 or 3 days!!
