I don’t, which is unusual as I do normally follow a recipe, but I’ve been making fried rice and stir frys for years, so it was more intuitive. It’s not hard, and there are plenty of recipes out there. I did use 2 day old rice that was steamed in my homemade chicken broth. Cooked, chilled rice is key. She should absolutely give it a go.

I appreciate the generous portion of egg. Almost every place skimps on the eggs and leaves you wanting more. But you didn't over do it at the same time. I like a good portion of egg in my fried rice. Good Job Man.
