Then ask the Mexican to take a shit and not wash his hands before handling the trunk food that you will give to your family, and tell them that it is "authentic".

That is kind of a redundant question to ask a Mexican. Buy the food at the end of the day so it has been sitting in his trunk all day, letting the e-coli multiply.
