They look and, after reading the recipe, sound fantastic. Thanks for the link. I’ve been thinking about chops for a few days and just haven’t made them as the last few times I did they weren’t that good. Will definitely give these a go.

Go for it. Used olive oil this time. Some folks straight hate any oil though
