Looks awesome. Read the comments, lots of solid advice in here. If you use an oil like avocado oil, you can make a gravy with it. Make sure to use the oil with the "bits" at the bottom. Say about a half cup of warm oil to half cup flour. Incorporate. Keep adding milk and stirring. Cook the stuff until the raw flour taste is gone. Add seasonings and enjoy

Good thinking. It's not a thick sauce, but I like everything the way it is
