Used 3 bhut jolokias. Cut off the cap, sliced longwise. Removed most of the seeds, saving to plant. Cut them in 1/2 inch pieces. Cooked in air fryer 40 minutes at 250. Don't have any blender, or grinder or mortar and pestle, so ground it with stamp of a garlic press. Not perfectly fine, but good enough.

Tried a tiny piece after cutting. Bearable. Can see how it's used in Indian food. Just need milk. Getting hot wings for dinner. May add a very small pinch to sauce

Put a half bump on edge of knife to add to hot sauce. Muy bueno

Get a mortar and pestle if you want to turn it into dust. Also grow some Carolina Reapers. They are kind of fruity right before they incinerate your digestive tract.

Will do. Ever try em in a chili?

I haven't tried them in chili but that would be good. Just made a lot of hot sauce. I might have to grow some again. There's not much that will grow here, but peppers do well.

i just tried scorpion for the first time. quite hot. wife also grew reapers, trying them next

Scorpions are my favorite super hot pepper, they've got an excellent taste for a brief moment.

Those two have the best flavor, but they are really hot. A little reaper goes a long way.

I really wish I liked ghost pepper, because it has a really nice heat level, but I really don't like the flavor.

You should have to register that as a lethal weapon.

Believe the Indian army uses it in grenades

Curry bombs?

milk.

Sure, if you're retarded. Try lemonade or lime juice next time.

If you want to turn your house into a bio-hazard go ahead and dehydrate hot peppers in a toaster oven on a low setting.... I've only done this with habanero peppers as that's the hottest thing I can regularly source locally, I prefer to use the smoker but one time I finished them off inside and I may now be immune to pepper spray as a result.
