I ate a lot of good food for Christmas, Filet Minion, scalloped potatoes, some sort of egg & sausage casserole for breakfast, really good for a hangover cause everyone gave me booze too. And cigars. Cheat meals are fine as long as you snap back afterwards. Oh it's burgers tonight. I think there is pepperjack cheese and bacon around here.
I'm not actually going to eat all that. I want to, but I won't. It'll have to wait until I am completely back to my ideal weight. I'm about halfway give'r take a couple pounds.
Well that's better anyways. Cheat meals can still help with long term goals once you're lean again.
Exactly. I'll eat all that stuff once I make weight.
