Bone in, 2 pork loin chops, thin cut.

Season with salt over night.

Butter and Spinach in fry pan with quarter cup water on medium heat. Cook covered, stirring occasionally. Cook until liquid dissipates. Season to taste. Garlic powder, onion powder, etc.

Tbsp olive oil heated medium. Pan fry the chops, seasoning to taste.

Dinner. [Your] yer done.

Edit: remove "your", replace with "yer"
