Ok Poaler Bears, I'm under doctor's orders to decrease my salt intake to see if it decreases fluid retention (I'm not fat...it's fluid in my dang ears).

I dont have a sweet tooth, and love spicy food. So what are Poal's reccomendations on tasty dishes that are spicy or at least palatable without applying hefty amounts of salt? I'm a good cook so I can readily whip some dishes up if someone has a couple of suggestions.

we are required to eat 4 grams of salt per day

moar fucking mandates? what next, salt boosters? fuck this noise. I'm just going to season my food with ivermectin and cryptocurrency rather than bend the knee to these forced salt mandates.
