Follow this easy recipe to learn how to make homemade chocolate ice cream. This recipe is super easy and requires only 3 ingredients and 5 minutes of work. No ice cream machine needed and no special equipment needed. This homemade ice cream recipe is also eggless and no-churn needed. The result is creamy, smooth and rich homemade chocolate ice cream!

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (14oz/400g) Sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups (480ml) Heavy cream, cold
  • 1/2 cup (60g) Cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • Mini chocolate chips (extra for topping if desired)

Directions:

  • 1. Place cold heavy cream in a large bowl, whip to stiff peaks.
  • 2. Add cocoa powder, sweetened condensed milk and beat on low speed until incorporated.
  • 3. Transfer into a container/dish, freeze for least 6 hours.

It's whipped cream with cocoa powder and condensed milk in it. Two cups of heavy cream. Do you know how much real cream costs? It is cheaper just to buy a quart of ice cream.

my dad always says that shit. why are you doing this just go buy whatever. i like learning to do things. making ice cream is fun ice cream mixers are cheap. if you do it right and use good ingredients way way better than the shit you buy at the store im not even sure some of it classifies as ice cream it has so many emulsifiers and preservatives in it. although i never hear anyone complain when someone takes a whole day to grind tomatoes and make pasta sauce. surely it would just be easier to buy a few jars of prego?
