I have a Lexsun (a bit like this: https://grainmills.com.au/shop/juicers-and-blenders/electric-juicers/juicers-lexsun-juicers-de-luxe-do-9001-mk1-model/) cold press juicer, which handles that sort of stuff pretty well. Might want to cut it up fine, across the grain for your juicer I suppose?
You can also put in fresh tumeric, although I found that to taste mostly like dirt. But it's supposed to be good for you.
