I’ve done sixty, just wanna give it a try. This piece is half of a $75 roast, so I’m not into it very much, just time. I’ll probably get impatient and pull it out at sixty.

Yeah, I’ll check back. Post some pics. Can’t wait. Just received another small fridge. Mine is 16 years old and making funny sounds. Figured I should be prepared for a failure, or run two at a time. Or fill it with beer.
