Sounded good for me, until I read the aluminium foil part. Aluminium is everywhere in food, we cannot avoid it. Aluminium foil seals itself by oxidation, so it doesn't add much aluminum to food. Except when long periods of heat come into play, then the amount of aluminium transferred into the food can be very unhealthy.
